Are supplier subscriptions included?

Not by default in these new packages. The quote separates MV management, licences, domains and consumption. Account count, resources, backups and support limits are agreed before commitment.

Does the plan include a full cybersecurity audit?

Audit scope is agreed in the quote with explicit authorisation. An account review is not a penetration test; specialist work has its own scope.
