Are supplier subscriptions included?

Not by default in these new packages. The quote separates MV management, licences, domains and consumption. Account count, resources, backups and support limits are agreed before commitment.

Is support unlimited?

No. The quote specifies covered users and devices, channels, service hours and included time. Out-of-scope requests are quoted before work.
