Are supplier subscriptions included?

Not by default in these new packages. The quote separates MV management, licences, domains and consumption. Account count, resources, backups and support limits are agreed before commitment.

What is needed for an email migration?

Account count, volumes, aliases, current provider and authorised access. The migration window, checks and possible interruptions are agreed before work begins.
